- Accumulator
- A bet that combines multiple selections into one wager; all selections must win for the bet to pay out.
- Asian Handicap
- A handicap given to teams to level the playing field, often removing the draw option.
- Bankroll
- The total amount of money you have set aside for betting.
- Bet Builder
- A feature that lets you combine different outcomes from a single match into one bet.
- Cash Out
- An option to settle a bet before the event ends, letting you lock in a profit or cut your loss.
- Decimal Odds
- Odds expressed as a single number that already includes your stake in the return.
- Double Chance
- A bet that covers two of the three possible match outcomes, increasing your chances of winning.
- Draw No Bet
- A bet that refunds your stake if the match ends in a draw.
- Expected Value
- The average amount you can expect to win or lose per bet over a long period.
- Free Bet
- A bonus bet offered by a sportsbook, usually with conditions on how it can be used.
- Handicap
- A fictional advantage or disadvantage assigned to a team to make the odds more balanced.
- In-Play
- Betting that takes place while a match is already in progress.
- Juice
- The commission a sportsbook charges on a bet, also called vigorish.
- Kelly Criterion
- A formula that calculates the optimal size of a bet based on your perceived edge.
- Moneyline
- A bet on which team will win the match, with odds shown as a positive or negative number.
- Over/Under
- A bet on whether a specific statistic, like total goals, will be higher or lower than a set line.
- Parlay
- A single bet that links two or more selections; all must win for a payout.
- Push
- A tie result in a bet where the stake is returned to you.
- RTP
- Return to Player; the percentage of total wagers that a game returns to players over time.
- Same Game Parlay
- A parlay that combines multiple outcomes from a single match.
- Stake
- The amount of money you risk on a bet.
- Value Bet
- A bet where the odds are higher than the true probability suggests, offering potential profit.
- Void
- A canceled bet where the stake is refunded.
- Wagering Requirement
- The number of times you must bet a bonus before you can withdraw any winnings.
- Yield
- The net profit or loss from betting expressed as a percentage of the total amount wagered.
